We are sorry to hear that you would like to deactivate your account.  

Please follow the steps and fill out the form below for account deactivation. 

Step 1: Deactivate charge cards, if any.  

  • Open SRS App and login.  
  • Go to 'Account' and click on 'Charge cards'.
  • Select the card and click on 'Issues with my card'.  
  • Click on 'Block card'.  

Step 2: Go to account.shellrecharge.com and login.  

  • Click on 'Charge points' and go to 'Configuration'.  
  • Go to step 3 - Subscription and cancel the subscription.
  • Select the card and click on 'Issues with my card'.  
  • Click on 'Save'.

Please note that subscriptions run from the 15th to the 15th. So, make sure that you end the subscription before the 10th of the month. 

Step 3: To request account deactivation, fill out the form below. 

By filling-in the below form, you agree - 
  • To have your Shell Recharge login details deactivated (username & password) 
  • To have the charge point linked to your account removed from your account. 
  • That there are no outstanding invoices on the account. (Please note, we will not be able to deactivate your account if you have outstanding invoices) 
  • It can take up to 6 months to deactivate the account to allow us to charge any open costs for public charging.
